Ditium's Forms Processing solution has helped many customers improve customer service by significantly reducing processing time taken for credit card, loan and membership application forms. Department overheads and resources dedicated to providing a production environment for forms processing were minimised to a single standalone server with a Brooktrout fax card and connected to high speed scanners. Incoming application/membership forms are identified and routed to relevant departments where Teleform, a forms processing software reads and captures form data before sending them for verification by a designated administrator. Once all form data has been verified, they are automatically sent for archival with corresponding TIFF images of the forms. Verified forms can also be emailed/faxed or sent for printing according to the forms processing workflow that has been set up. The forms processing solution can also be integrated into office messaging, document delivery and document receipt workflows using workflows and standard connectors. |
