Teleform Modules
Teleform consists of five modules namely:
Teleform Form Designer - Is a point-and-click application for easily implementing automated forms processing and document capture. Designer includes complete layout tools to create new forms and to automate your existing forms. It has configuration options that use pre-made business rules, recognition settings to maximize throughput, and Connect Agents to tie your forms and documents to back-end systems. With TeleForm Designer you will implement your project in 75% less time over products that require manual configuration.
Teleform Reader - Runs minimized in the background and is responsible for detecting and interpreting incoming faxes and scanned images. It automatically sorts forms and documents, and interprets hand print (ICR), machine print (OCR), barcode and mark sense (OMR) information. It's Software Re-Scan (SRS) automatically correct orientation and image errors, and Reader’s innovative Tri-CR® neural vote-sense recognition system delivers the most accurate recognition available.
Teleform Scan Station - Support multiple scanner workstations. It includes a "slide-sorter" GUI that reduces the need for training and support. Scan Station connects to TWAIN, ISIS and other popular scanner interfaces, supporting high-speed scanners from Bell & Howell, Canon, Fujitsu, HP, Kodak and Kofax. Scan Station also supports Color Scanners.
Teleform OCR Station - Verity TeleForm's RecoFlex recognition engine recognizes all of your data, including hand print (ICR), machine print (OCR), bar code, check box (OMR) and signature fields. Additional verification options include the ability to select flexible processing options with processing speed and accuracy adjustments. For most applications, TeleForm RecoFlex will correctly convert information locked on paper at an accuracy rate over 90%.
Teleform Verifier - Is where forms that were marked for review during interpretation can be quickly corrected and/or verified before it is sent to the database. What Teleform does with the returned information depends on the form attributes and the export settings specified when the original form was designed.
- Teleform AutoMerge Publisher - Adds automated form merge to your Teleform product, letting organizations deliver pre-filled personalized forms faster than ever before. Using the point & click Designer, your form templates are merged with existing database data through a batch process, and can be connected to incoming paper forms and HTML and PDF eForms for 'real-time' response
