Document Archival Keep Document Management Simple

Ditium's Archival Solution simplifies this process by separating document management into 2 processes - build and search. Archives are built using scan stations where documents are scanned directly into desired archives with OCR reading. Users can also add to archives by dropping any document type from their desktop directly into any archive folder. Here, data can be added to documents for indexing and annotations added to images for search. To search for a document, users can use a windows or web client to perform a simple search using keywords across all archive folders or perform a full text or metadata search. Document image previews of search results saves time and the required document can be retrieved and sent for printing or transferred to a CD/DVD for distribution. |
