Predefined data is captured or extracted from these sources and then merged to standard business templates with the required fields. Once the merge process is complete, the document that has been created will then be converted to the necessary formats (TIFF/PDF) for delivery via fax, email and/or telex. Notifications on the status of the message delivery are returned to the application/database.
