Liquid Office Modules
Standard Modules The LiquidOffice solution provides out-of-the-box functionality with standard modules like: Form Designer - Allows you to create forms from scratch, import existing PDF forms, set up database lookups and validations for forms, and publish forms into PDF or HTML standard formats to a server for easy access by anyone with a web browser. Form Server - Is the core engine of LiquidOffice providing centralised eForm management, storing form designs, issuing forms to users, tracking forms and providing reporting information. Combines XML, HTML, PDF and Java™ Servlets to deliver a complete eForm Management System. Manages all administrators and users access and requests using standard Web services, including HTTP, JDBC and ODBC. The LiquidOffice form server supports Oracle® and Microsoft® SQL Server for use as its underlying database engine. User Licenses - Named user licenses provide each user within an organization with a unique login into LiquidOffice. Users are able to initiate, fill, and submit forms in both an ad hoc and structured workflow environment. Based on defined permissions and system roles, Named users may also be granted permissions to publish form content to the server, access form data using the My Data Client, or administer various aspects of the system.
Optional Modules LiquidOffice offers businesses the ability to add additional modules for expanded functionality with optional modules like: Public Access Option: Unlimited access to forms within LiquidOffice extranet using Web or email Email Routing Option: A form can be routed to an email address so that users without a login can participate on an ad hoc basis at any point during a transaction event Advanced Process Manager: Enables the design and execution of structured workflow processes from a centralized server |
