Web-based forms approval system
Umero Approval is a web based approval engine that allows organizations to implement approval workflows for their business processes. Typical applications include invoicing approval, purchase order approval and any process that requires documents to be sent to multiple parties for action. Being web based, the process can be extended to external users whose approval forms part of the business process.
Operating in a .NET environment, Umero Approval leverages on Active Directory security and provides XML based automated job submission and routing. Documents from external applications are processed by Umero Server and routed to Umero Approval Engine where necessary. Umero Approval then takes on the task of routing the approval form to respective approvers' inbox and notifying them via email.
